Registration

How to Register
Review all information carefully and complete the form in its entirety. Be sure to include costs to any/all activities in which you wish to participate beyond the full registration cost.

Payment
Payment in full is due upon submission of your registration form. Payment options include:

  • Check/personal or cashier’s
  • Money order
  • Visa or Mastercard
  • Purchase Order

Please make checks payable to Syracuse University. We are unable to process registration via telephone.

Confirmation
Written confirmation will be mailed no later than September 15. Registration materials, including name badge, conference program, and special event tickets will be issued at the registration booth at the Oncenter beginning Sunday, September 26. Saturday arrivals may register at the Sheraton Hotel.

Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Full refunds will be granted if received no later than Friday, September 10th.

Attire
Business casual attire is acceptable during the conference. Coat and tie or evening attire is required for the annual banquet on Tuesday evening. Weather conditions for central New York can be found at www.weather.com— zip code 13210.

Practicing Engineers Institute
Professional development hours through PIE for professional engineers are approved for certain sessions. See individual session descriptions on pages 6 through 11 for information on PDH credits.

American Institute of Architects
Continuing education units through AIA for registered architects are approved for certain sessions. See individual session descriptions on pages 6 through 11 for information on CEUs.
